NEW MANAGER RESOURCES AT NLI GRENLAND

We are pleased to welcome Kim Roligheten as the new Resource Manager at NLI Grenland! He took up the position on October 15.

Kim comes from Bilfinger Norway, where he has held a number of different roles over the past 15 years. In the period 2011-2022, he worked all over Norway on both onshore and offshore installations, which has given him broad operational experience, good knowledge of complex project environments and solid insight into the requirements for effective implementation and coordination.

For the past 3 years, he has been stationed at Herøya Industripark, where he worked closely on operations, project planning and resource management. This has given him valuable insight into continuous improvement, interdisciplinary collaboration and structured working methods.

We look forward to the collaboration and warmly welcomes Kim to our team!
