NLI Elektrosystemer has been acquired by Eltera Gruppen Norge AS

After a relatively extensive process, the takeover agreement was signed on Friday, May 15, 2026.

After the establishment of the company in 2006, the company has been part of NLI for 20 years. It has been an exciting journey, and it is impressive what has been achieved.
The company has had solid and profitable growth in recent years, and has established itself as a large and attractive player in its market areas.
It is therefore with some sadness that NLI Elektrosystemer is now leaving us, but we believe that they will experience further growth and development in ElteraGruppen, which is a pure electrical player.

ElteraGruppen consists of 37 companies with 1,100 colleagues, of which more than 450 employees are shareholders. ElteraGruppen has had good, stable and profitable growth with an overall operating margin of ~10% for 14 years in a row.
The interaction in projects between NLI Elektrosystemer AS and the other NLI companies has been very good, and it is assumed that this cooperation will continue, so that a change of ownership will not change ongoing projects or NLI’s future focus on multidisciplinary projects.
